Website design based loosely around client’s existing print collateral. Hand-coded in CSS, with some spiffy simple javascript on the home page and pretty drop-down menus. Should be going live soon.

Relic Dwellers logo and coming soon page. New name, new company, out with the old, in with the new. After some sputters, the Relic Dwellers machine has finally kicked into gear. Look for the online store to launch in November.

New design for an online supplier of modern furniture. After several major revisions, everyone is happy. The look was inspired by the simplicity of the furniture being featured, and the materials used throughout, particularly the frosted glass. Clients rarely ask for ultra-modern designs, so it was a bit of a challenge to step into the way-back design machine and remember what it’s like to design stark sites like this. Site is in development and will launch this year.
Updated: blog is launching shortly, business cards in the works…
Finally! There’s a face to the automoto name. The branding references the company’s basic philosophy: back to basics, hands-on, a unique and authentic echo of the cafe racer culture of the 1960’s and 70’s. An ‘about’ page, contact form, and blog coming soon. The appetizer before the main course, this coming soon page is intended to drive traffic to a blog outlining new developments with our fledgling company — stay tuned for more content coming this week.

Website design for a high-end cosmetic dentistry office. Very soothing and relaxing — no pictures of teeth or apples. It’s funny how I hated gradients for so long, and now they’re my best friends. And it’s probably time to stop using that reflection effect, but I’m not ready to take a stand. Logo was also a custom design.

Here is a preliminary design for a store selling custom chocolates. Anyone familiar with my work knows this is quite a departure for me, stylistically (where’s the grid? where are the hard edges? centered text!), but I still managed to sneak some Helvetica Neue in there.

Sitemind’s new website. The theme was ‘back to basics’, so the imagery is loosely based on the idea of the basic elements. There’s a button that allows the user to participate in the site by changing the elements to suit their fancy. New version coming later this year.

Website design for potential accounting firm hires.

Website design for non-profit Darfur awarness organization.

Website design for BadKids.com, it featured a custom-designed flash player created by Ben Bloch.

This is a recent intranet design for a technology company. The design had to be flexible enough to manage any type of content, and be accessible to all levels of users. (note: comp posted with faux copy for privacy).
