Doing Our Part
Recycled Materials
We used recycled materials whenever possible — from reclaimed wood to recycled paper, as well as packaging and print materials.
Plastics
Relic Dwellers uses minimal amounts of plastic for packaging, and we hope to eliminate our use of plastic entirely by the end of this year.
Paint & Printing
We produce our limited-edition prints on 100% recycled, chlorine-free heavyweight paper, using vegetable-based inks, via a carbon-neutral, green-certified commercial printing company. Our goal is to eliminate the use of acrylics and synthetic materials in our artwork as well.
Charity
As a retailer, we feel it’s our duty to support non-profit organizations in any way we can. That’s why Relic Dwellers supports the following animal welfare organizations:
- Save the Chimps (Sanctuary for chimps used in NASA programs and medical testing)
- Ironwood Pig Sanctuary (Sanctuary for neglected and unwanted pigs in Arizona and surrounding states)
- Wildlife Care Center (Sanctuary and medical help for injured wildlife in South Florida)
- Redwings Horse Sanctuary (Sanctuary for abused and neglected horses in California)
